Staff Managementemployment status, operational costing, training needs identification and completion records. Resource/asset allocation (e.g. Uniform & Equipment).
Asset Managementincludes fixed assets, such as street furniture and CCTV cameras at sites in the city/town centre, plus bulk assets, such as barrier, staging or bunting used on occasional basis, or staff resources such as uniform and equipment.Records storage / use / allocation, cost of ownership analysis, asset inspection, maintenance, servicing and general review.
